At HostNestle, we stand behind our services with confidence. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for our hosting services and related products.


1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for the following services:

  • Shared Hosting plans

  • WordPress Hosting plans

  • Business Hosting plans

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of initial signup

  • Account must be in good standing with no policy violations

  • Maximum one refund per customer

  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable (ICANN policy)

  • SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are NOT eligible for refunds:

3. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact our billing team via:

  • Email: refunds@hostnestle.com

  • WhatsApp: +917607541338 (Text only, no calls)

  • Client Area: Submit ticket under "Billing" department

Step 2: Provide the following information:

  • Registered email address

  • Invoice number(s)

  • Reason for refund request

  • Alternative hosting details (if migrating)

Step 3: Our team will:

  1. Acknowledge your request within 24 hours

  2. Review account compliance with this policy

  3. Process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days


4. Refund Processing

Methods & Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days to original payment method

  • UPI/Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days to registered account

  • PayPal: 5-7 business days to PayPal account

  • Wallet Payments: As per payment gateway policy

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are processed in INR (Indian Rupees)

  • Currency conversion losses borne by customer

  • Refunded amounts may differ due to payment gateway charges

  • Service termination occurs immediately upon refund approval


5. Special Circumstances

A. Service Termination by HostNestle:

If we terminate services due to policy violations, no refund will be provided.

B. Pro-rated Refunds:

Not available for monthly plans. Annual plan refunds calculated only within first 7 days.

C. Downgrades:

Customers may downgrade plans, but no refund for previous higher plan payments.

D. Credit Balance:

Account credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, valid for 12 months.


6. Cancellation Policy

Voluntary Cancellation:

  1. Submit cancellation request via client area

  2. All data will be permanently deleted after 3 days

  3. No automatic renewals after cancellation

  4. Backups removed immediately after cancellation

Auto-Renewal:

  • Services auto-renew 7 days before expiry

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid charges

  • Post-renewal cancellations follow standard refund policy


7. Dispute Resolution

Escalation Process:

  1. Contact billing team first

  2. Unresolved? Email: escalation@hostnestle.com

  3. Final recourse: Legal jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan

Chargeback Policy:

  • Chargebacks will result in immediate service suspension

  • ₹5000 penalty + legal fees for fraudulent chargebacks

  • All communication channels blocked during dispute


8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
